BALASSA Nyulászó Furmint 2019

The Nyulászó („Rabbit-catcher”) is one of the six historical vineyards of Mád. Not surprisingly, in this corner of the region there are some of the oldest vines, planted between the late thirties and the seventies. Among these, here are the Furmint di Balassa plants, which have their roots in a rocky substrate of rhyolite and quartz. Very low yield, equal to about 1 kilogram per hectare.

Subtle notes of caramel, flowers, stones and beautiful exotic fruits on
 the nose. Very attractive on the palate, well balanced, with aromas of
 flowers, fruits, almonds, vanilla and chamomile tea.
