VESZTERGOMBI Szt László Bikavér 2019

A traditional Bikavér made from blending Kékfrankos, Kadarka, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, kadarka which were grown on loess soil. 24 months aging 2nd - 3rd used 500 litre Hungarian - French casks. The varieties were fermented separately in tanks, then aged in new and used barrels for a year. The blend has become a balanced and rich wine. Medium body with vibrant acidity.And then the flavor profile: Ripe fruit, sweet barrel spices, tight structure, coffee, cocoa, a pinch of cardamom and cloves, full, creamy and a long aftertaste.

Buy it up and keep in the bottle for a few years :)
