PÁLFFY Fekete-hegy Olaszrizling 2020

Pálffy's Olaszrizling is made from vineyards from three different areas in the volcanic regions of the Black Mountain. The 100 % BIO grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented in oak barrels for 12 months. This results in a wine with beautiful mineral notes on the nose, followed by vegetal and sweet spice aromas. This wine has a lively and refreshing taste on the palate, with hints of lemongrass, salt, and dill. Overall, it is a well-balanced and complex wine that will impress.
