SABAR Birtokbor 2020

Characteristic Olaszrizling from the Sabar Estate featuring a mix of apple, pear and white peach notes over hints of coriander, spearmint and almond. Stunning, long aftertaste. Partly fermented in stainless steel and partly fermented and matured in lightly toasted 500 litre barrels for seven months before being blended to the final style. The result is a smooth, fresh white wine that makes for a great dinner wine.

Pairs beautifully with: Chicken and pork terrine, Caesar salad, hummus and dips, or even a spicy asian food.
