An organically cultivated small estate where everything is done manually from the harvest to bottling. Ripe grapes harvested from Öreghegy’s chalky and Pannonian Sea sediment soils, fermented spontaneously in 400-500 litre barrels, aged on fine lees for a year, then in the bottle for another year. It’s dry even despite its fruit, sour cherry, oak nose and long palate with subtle minerality and oak notes.
