Fermented in stainless steel tank for 6 months. Ageing in 220 L Szerednyei oak barrels for 30 months. Bottle aging from March 2021 in our Rákoczi Cellar (Sárospatak). Sourced from Megyer vineyard, on rhyolite tuff soil.
Color: Medium amber color
Nose: Intensive bouquet of dried apricots, honey and meadow flowers
Palate: Full-bodied and sweet with acid showing notes of butterscotch, dried apple, candied orange peel, clove, marzipan, lemon, cardamom, bread. Long finish.
Residual Sugar: 157 g/l Acidity: 8 g/
