ZELNA Füred Olaszrizling 2023

The certified BIO batch is based on a gently processed Italian Riesling harvested from the Farkó vineyard, fermented in a controlled way without the use of wooden barrels.
As a result, the wine retains much of the uniqueness of the grape variety and the special characteristics of the growing area. Aged exclusively in tank for a year, it has a refreshingly fresh character, with crisp acidity and an elegant character.
On the nose, it has a very fruity bouquet, with elegant aromas of ripe pears and salted caramel. On the palate, the aromas of citrus fruits, green apple and fresh peaches evoke the summer atmosphere of the Lake Balaton.
