HEIMANN &Fiai Kadarka 2023

The first certified organic vintage after the transition to it. Everything in the vineyard is done by hand, from the green work through harvesting to bunch selection. It’s the winery's trademark, the estate wine from the best vineyards of Iván-völgy, Porkoláb-völgy, Bödő and Bati Kereszt. 
The wine was fermented spontaneously in tanks in whole bunches, followed by very short ageing of 4 months in the concrete vats used for fermentation. Lively fruitiness, cherry and violet, lots of spices and a slightly herbal finish.
