Besides the single-vineyard Bikavér, the Sebestyéns have bottled their Mozaik wine, the everyday Bikavér for the second year now. Precise winemaking, 22 months of barrel ageing in used and new 500-litre barrels. Red berries, cherries and raspberries appear on the nose, and the same fruits are accompanied by anise spiciness on the palate.
