Egri Csillag, or ‘Star of Eger’, is the white counterpart to the region's renowned 'Bull's Blood' blend. It is an organic blend of Hárslevelű, Furmint and Riesling. Fermented in steel, with a touch of hungarian oak.

A golden hue to the pale lemon colour, it has a pure, ripe nose of yellow peach, mango and blood orange. High acidity on the attack led to a saline, textured undertone of citrus zest, more stone fruits, and pear on the back palate. Medium bodied, chalky overtones
