KŐFEJTŐ Juhfark 2020

This rare, indigenous grape variety, the famous juhfark is at its peak here: full of yellow fruits, always very fresh and lively. Studs on the western side of the mountain, soil composed of basalt debris, grown organically (not yet certified), fermentation and aging in Hungarian oak barrels. A little smoke, and of course the seal mark of Somló, an extreme mineral sensation and thermal water comes with, accompanied by a salty finish. It's still in his youth, you can keep it for another 4-5 years.
