BÖJT Egri Csillag 2021

In Hungary, Olaszrizling is the most widespread grape variety. In the right hands it can develop complex and rich wines with notes of ripe citrus and salted almonds. It has a great terroir transmitting capability, flourishing on volcanic soils.

This Egri Csillag Superior is floral and citrusy on the nose, orange blossom with a salted almond blackbone.

Unripe pinneaple, bay leaf, marjoram, grapefruit - good fenolic ripeness and high acidity keep the mid-palate refreshing and light, beautifuly balancing the nuance of oily viscosity which adds richness and weight to the very long aromatic finish.
