SANZON Tokaj Rány Hárslevelű 2020

A new millésime from the boutique Sanzon winery, situated in the village of Erdőbénye in the heart of Tokaj. The winery is owned by Erika Rácz and Gergely Jánosi and their wines are fully organic. A single vineyard (Rány) Hárslevelű aged 6 month on the lees in tank.

This year the Hárslevelű showed its very best side: fresh and pure, floral perfume with some honey, outstanding stucture, vibrant acidity. It offers intense aromas of orange, zesty, clean citrus fruit of lemon, grapefruit, clementine. Fleshy texture. A great wine, a pure expression of variety and terroir.

Lovely fruit here: fine spicy pear and green apple with some yellow plum. Fine spices and minerals with a hint of marmalade. Stony and bright with just a hint of development. 94/100
