ST ANDREA Hangács 2018

Hangács Bikavér is a vineyard-selected Bull’s Blood blend from Eger. A blend of 30% Kékfrankos, 28% Cabernet Franc, 18% Merlot, 14% Pinot Noir and 10% Kadarka, this wine is bursting with rich fruity flavors and layers of spices and herbs. Intense, warm and round, this is a bold blend from one of Eger’s finest vineyards.

Deep ruby colour. A complex nose of red and black cherries with supporting oak notes of chocolate and coffee. The soft and concentrated palate shows a combination of fresh fruit, gentle spice and toastiness from the barrel ageing. A poised vintage with a firm acidic backbone and ripe tannins. Excellent ageing potential.
