GR DEGENFELD Tokaji aszú 6 puttonyos 2017

2017 was an excellent aszú vintage, with resulting wines characterised by an outstanding balance and lovely acidity. This 6 Puttonyos Tokaji aszú is a blend of mostly Hárslevelű with a touch of Furmint, creating an award-winning sweet wine with an intensely perfumed aroma.

Luscious fragrance of apricot and ginger jam, peaches and cream, honeysuckle, and orange blossom with a lovely light touch of warming spice. A rich palate of candied and tropical citrus fruit, with a layer of new Hungarian oak adding toasted, woody notes, finishing with an assertive and imposing texture.
