Since 2007, it has been made based almost on a recipe: 100% Cabernet Franc, vinified gently with the help of gravity, fermented in tanks, then aged for a year in new and second-fill Trust barrels. The nose is deep, fruity and spicy, while the palate is dense. A long aftertaste with great ageing potential. A genuine classic from the southern shore.
