„Vintage changes but the character doesn't. Full and rich olaszrizling from our organic vineyards, which combines the minerality of our parcels and the character of olaszrizling. The grapes in Berekszél and Farkó-kő parcels were harvested in two parts in order to preserve the acids and give the wine serious content as well. Inoculated fermentation, 1/3 of it is matured in oak barrels for 5 months, making it more spicy and exciting.”
