Best summed up as, Bordeaux meets Burgundy via Villány... An unusual blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Merlot fermented in tanks, aged for two years in small oak barrels.
Deep, carmine red colour, sweet spices, leatheriness, almost overripe fruit and chocolate, vanilla aromas on the nose and palate. Some tobacco. Full and rich, traditional Villány style, a little bit rustic – as is to be expected from perhaps the most popular Villány producer.
