STEIGLER Pince Prémium Zöldveltelini 2019

Zölveltelini, so Grüner Veltliner from Sopron, the former capital of Burgenland, on the Austrian border. Vineyards overlooking the lake, a soil full of schist, carefully selected grapes - here are the ingredients for this wine, fermented in old casks, aged “sur lie” and bottled without filtering.

Nose on spices and stone. Fat and creamy, dense texture throughout. White fruits, a little quince and lots of spices on the palate as well. Remarkable balance. Drink between 2021 and 2025.
