Róbert Gilvesy moved back from Canada to his homeland in Hungary in order to establish his wine estate where he grows grapes on volcanic basalt/tufa and calcareous dolomite rich soil. The winery’s first certified organic wine from Tagyon Hill’s clay soil, from organically cultivated grapes. Sourced from old (up to 40 years) and young vines and harvested on two dates to retain the acidity and ripeness. It was fermented in tanks, then aged further on fine lees.
A taut-structured, citrusy and floral Olaszrizling with good acids and pure, healthy flavours.
