Juhfark from red limestone soil, from Szentantalfa’s Haraszt vineyard. It was fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks, then aged in the bottle. A real Juhfark on the nose with stone fruit, alongside the waxy and mineral covering. Oily, viscose palate, zesty acids, long flavours. An organic wine made from organic grapes.
