IKON Áfium 2016

A deep, purple coloured, fruity on the nose, friendly, appealing Merlot-Syrah blend. Pleasant, light palate, delicious, medium body, long, with black fruits and a dry finish. After the 10-day-long cold maceration and pumping over, it underwent controlled fermentation, with 30% aged in small barriques and 70% in tanks for eight months. Áfium is an old Hungarian word used for Greek opium. It implies that it’s easy to get addicted to it.
