The base is furmint, completed by 30% of hárslevelű for this typical Tokaj cuvée. Respectively one comes from a rhyolite soil, the other from a loess. This one, the Hárs play a good counterweight to the volcanic minerality and naturally high acidity of furmint. Fermented and aged (4 months) in stainless steel vats. Nose on the flowers, green apple, currant. Light palate, with peach, a mild minerality. It's fresh, easy to drink, with a ripe acidity (they are much nicer than in the previous year), thus the wine remains appealing and vibrant. For an entry-level, it is an exemplary Tokaj blend. It's worth the money.
